Dear Prayer warriors,

Welcome to Operation PUSH,    Day 12. 

We would like to thank you all for your genuine concern for us whenever we go silent. Your questions and messages tell us we mean more than just some random writers to you. We really appreciate your check up and follow up on us.

Whenever this blog or Couples-For-Christ (CFC) goes silent, its in fact a moment of reflection, repetition and empowerment. I encourage all our readers, prayer partners and faithful followers to not only wait on us to post but to revisit what has been posted in previous times and reflect on them. As teachers, we know repetition is not a bad idea at all when the aim is for imprinting for long term.

Disclaimer alert: We do not repeat our posts. We rather encourage you revisiting old posts.

Today we are continuing in prayer... 

Prayer to Ignite Deliverance, Discipline, Dedication, and Drive.

Feel free to repeat or recite or modify to suit you... 

Father God, help me to seek You for deliverance. Don’t let pride keep me from getting free from everything that holds me back from the life You called and created me to live. Let me develop the discipline to maintain that deliverance, and give me dedication and drive to become ferocious in prayer and in life.

Lord, remove all pride, anger, bitterness, depression, and anything else that keeps me stagnant. Reveal methods and strategies that will help me grow stronger and more ferocious in my faith.

I will trust in You, Lord, and as I delight myself in You. You will give me the desires of my heart. I submit my way to You, and You bring forth my righteousness.

Lord, help me to hope in You when I face fierce battles in life and things don’t seem to be going well. Help me remember that You cause all things to work together for my good.

Show me who You have called me to be in this season. Let me see myself the way You see me. Give me supernatural favor and joy. Deliver me from yokes and bondage that have weighed me down. Give me a passion to follow You. It is so, and so it is. 
Amen.

Keep on keeping on in everything you do. His Grace is sufficient. That marriage can still work! Don't give up! He is God!

THE NAKED MARRIAGE

Welcome dear Readers, You must be thinking that I want to talk about sex today. But hey, we will be talking about that plus a lot more. True intimacy requires what happens in the bedroom plus a lot more. In the beginning, God created Adam and Eve, the first couple. They lived in an ideal world; no debt, no no crazy in laws, no baggage, no stress, no fighting and and also, NO CLOTHING! (Gen 2:25) When God reveals unto us a naked marriage, He is revealing to us something more than just walking around the house with no clothes on or just sex. He is revealing the importance of TRANSPARENCY, VULNERABILITY,ACCEPTANCE and INTIMACY at every level of the relationship. Bonjour,  I am tearing up listening to Mama Gloria Bamiloye saying something about her husband, Evangelist Mike Bamiloye. They inspired me to write this. Most of my posts so far has been on praying about your marriage and making God the centre of it.  To the singles out there, have you ever thought of communicating with God about your future partner?  Do you have expectations(specs) of whom you would like to share the rest of your life with?  Go to God in prayer and ask Him to give you what you want. The best part of God anwering your prayer is Him giving you what is actually Best for you.
