Data users on Airtel Ghana’s network have now been given an opportunity to roll -over unexpired data bundles. The move forms part of mechanisms to enhance customer experience on the network. With the Data Roll Over product a customer who purchases a new bundle before his expiry date will enjoy data roll over i.e. he will add on to his previous bundle. For example, in the event that a subscriber has 750MB in his data account that will expire on August 20, 2013 and tops up his bundle with 200MB valid for 30 days on August 15, 2013, the 200MB would be added to his 750MB and be rolled over with the new validity date of September 15, 2013. The data roll over product is another first from Airtel. This was announced by Marketing Director of Airtel Ghana, Ashish Malhotra when Big Brother Africa finalist , Elikem Kumordji paid a courtesy call at the head office of Airtel at Ridge in Accra. According to RadioXYZ ; Pollster Ben Ephson says main opposition presidential candidate in the 2012 elections, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo must quit active politics. Ephson suggests the former Attorney General and Justice Minister rather invests his stature and influence toward helping his party become a formidable one ahead of the 2016 elections. The counsel comes on the heels of Ghana’s Supreme Court’s verdict on Thursday which endorsed John Mahama’s presidency. Nana Akufo-Addo and two others resorted to the apex Court to challenge the 2012 presidential results after the Electoral Commission declared Mr. Mahama winner on December 9 last year. Nana Akufo-Addo accepted the Thursday verdict but said he “disagreed” with it just as he was “disappointed” about it.                                    Rapper and VIP member Promzy is living large as he has upgraded his celebrity status with a new black hybrid GMC Yukon vehicle. Celebrities have always had a fetish about expensive cars and purchasing expensive luxury cars is almost becoming a competition among Ghanaian celebs including Promzy.                     He was recently spotted cruising in his 2013 registered GMC Yukon. He joins the league of world celebrities who use the vehicle. The tattoo-loving actress, Tonto Dike, in an interview with Channels has confirmed rumours making the rounds that she was bleaching her skin and says there’s nothing wrong with skin bleaching as long as it’s done well. According to the controversial actress said, ‘I don’t have an opinion on it, I just feel we can do it the right way, it mustn’t go wrong, it can be right”. She further explained that everyone had the choice to change their skin colour if they wished so. ‘If you do not love your skin for some reason, you can change  it‘. And when asked about the health implications, Tonto advised ‘ You can do it and do it well. She said, “If you don’t love your skin you can change it without worry.  I use a lot of oil on my skin; and so far it is coming out fine.   Internet users have raised more than $11,000 to reward a Palestinian security researcher who hacked into Facebook chief Mark Zuckerberg's profile to expose a security flaw. The fundraising campaign on the website  GoFundMe  raised $11,035 from 178 people in one day for Khalil Shreateh, and was continuing to take donations after he was denied a "Facebook Bounty." "I hope this has raised awareness of the importance of independent researchers," said Marc Maiffret, a security expert at the firm Beyond Trust who led the effort. "I equally hope it has reminded other researchers that while working with technology companies can sometimes be frustrating, we can never forget the greater goal; to help the Internet community at large."
