I am by no means trying to shake up your archives, but I can confidently say the region has produced great talents in all aspects of the Ghanaian lifestyle varying from academics, religion, politics, business, entertainment to culture.
I am so much in love with the region after weeks of blogging assignment. I think writing this article could equally qualify me for the next edition of Ghana’s Most Beautiful, B/A Rep.LOL….
The region can boast of over forty radio stations. Yes over 40.The capital
city alone, Sunyani, affectionately referred to as the SUNCITY is hosting 12 of them. I am told there used to be a TV
station called shalom TV on multi TV but is currently off air.
I didn’t have any idea Sunyani could posses a 3000 seat capacity auditorium.
If u think is a lie, ask the BET Award winner Sarkodie and his team. Come 31st
of August 2013, the same auditorium is playing host to SAVE DA DANCE 2013 where
the new born king TUTULAPATO is expected to rock the entire region.
Never undermine the musical talents in the region .Talk of rappers, singers, songwriters, sound engineers (producers) and cassettes and cd marketers and distributors. However, there are no executive producers, not even one that I have come to know within these weeks spent in the region.
Movie productions are struggling their way to the top. But I still see talents within. Surprisingly, one active producer in KUMAWOOD is based here in the BRONG AHAFO REGION.
Well I think, I am getting you bored with so much of B/A and yet nothing specifically have I talked of. Let’s end down here and watch out for the full episodes of Entertainment in the Brong Ahafo Region.
efo mawuli.
a complete tour to the brong ahafo region I think.nice hook
