I will not spend my time writing a review on the Ghana Music Awards Europe 2013 which took place on Friday at the Indigo2 in London, because it is not worth a minute of my time and yours…

None of the advertised artistes performed or showed up on stage.
The event started at 1am with Ghana’s national anthem
My 7-year old little cousin’s recent birthday’s stage design was better than Ghana Music Awards 2013’s stage design
Patrons were utterly upset and continued to hoot the host-DJ Abrantee and the organizers
None of the winners of the awards was there to receive any of the statuettes
Patrons realized they’ve been scammed and mostly screamed ‘Day Time Robbery’.
Nana Ama McBrown tried to help by performing but when she realized she is not Jesus Christ, she vanished into thin air.
Most of the nominees’ videos played on the big screen without any sound
Everyone was UPSET
Patrons would have obtained a higher satisfaction if they just sat home and dropped their money into the fire to burn. At least they would have seen the flames—a reaction!

Akos breaks TV3 Mentor's male winner record

The male dominance in TV3′s Mentor came to an end in the wee hours of Monday, August 19, 2013 when Roselyn Akosua Mantey, popularly called Akos, was adjudged winner of Season VII of the station’s flagship reality show. She beat competition from Gabriel Ansah, populalrly known as Gabby, and Honny Kingsley Theophilus, also known as Honny, to walk away with the sleek Hyndai Accent saloon car.
