Submission

Buenas Días! Most women are so dreadful of the word "submission". Most men think submission to them is their right. Especially after marriage. What we forget is that it's through dating and courtship that marriage actually generates. My dear women, submission begins right from the moment you say yes to your "boyfriend" and you begin dating and courting. Because then actually, you are indirectly sending this message across, "I trust him enough to lead my life". If your priorities for agreeing to marry a man does not involve your total trust for him to be able to lead you, as in giving you advice, protecting you, etc then my dear sister, you got it wrong. Submission is not as dreadful as we make it seem in our world today, it does not mean slavery... We will discuss more on submission in subsequent posts. #fixit #wearegreatbecauseheloveus #andsotheyloveus #propheciescometrue #monthofdominance #propheciesfufilled #birthmonth #rescuetheperis

Who are you fighting?

Heló hello there! I have heard some couples say their spouses are jealous of them because they are doing well than they (the jealous spouses) are. The fact that your spouse is jealous of you does not make him/her your enemy. Even if you unknowingly married your enemy, you are in it. The word of God en treats us to love our enemies, and do good to them. If you think your spouse is your enemy, and you are a child of God, then obey the word of God and still treat your spouse right. Fighting your spouse only makes your life harder and worse. Which would you choose? To obey God and have the Perfect Peace or yo fight a lone battle that will lead to unrest, sadness, pity and worse of all, hate? #fixit #TakingDominion #monthofdominance #wearegreatbecauseheloveus #andsotheyloveus #propheciescometrue #rescuetheperishing #birthmonth #propheciesfufilled

What are you doing?

Good day everyone! This post seems funny but very, very true and efficient. Growth and maturity comes with experience. One of the things I struggled with in my relationships was the fact that we were taught house chores are done by women! Fast forward : My dear men, most women love, love, love men who help in chores. That little act of kindness from you speaks volumes of love to the woman's heart. Some women even see that act as sexy and literally, any woman who would still pick a quarrel with a man helping her out in house chores is in my opinion a witch. Period! #fixit #wearegreatbecauseheloveus #andsotheyloveus #propheciescometrue #birthdayloading

Who are you looking at?

Bonjour! Most of us forget why there's a ceremony to celebrate marriage or engagement. We forget it's not all about just the two of us but we seek the approval and support of other people. Fast forward, if only we remember to make God the centre of the marriage, it will be easier to submit(wife) and easier to love(husband). The three cord fold of marriage principle is this simple. God-Husband-Wife. #fixit #wearegreatbecauseheloveus #andsotheyloveus #propheciescometrue #birthdayloading

Where does your call go to?

Buenas días! Adwoa has been noticing some abnormal changes in her husband. She confirms her suspicions and fears some few days later. She's is so broken she needs a shoulder to cry on. She calls up her best friend to tell her what she's going through. Then she's advised to invite family members in to perhaps solve the issue or talk some sense into her husband. The family meeting is called, husband gets some sense talked into him. He promises to change. Now husband has become conversation topic between Adwoa and her friends, they care and want to know how her marriage is doing... Adwoa family checks up rapidly with Concern, "how is your husband doing? " What Adwoa didn't know was that her friends use her marriage as a point of reference to discourage themselves from believing there are good men out there. Adwoa also didn't know that her mothers favourite line has become, "ah I really respected Adwoa husband until he did that..." Worse o

Trust and Obey

Bonjour! I learnt the song, "Trust and Obey" at a very young age as a Sunday schooler at a Presbyterian Church. The word of God tells us to trust Him in all situations. Our obedience to His words all the time grows our faith in Him. We believe our trusting and obeying Him will lead us to heaven. His plans for us are of good and not evil. We say we love God, we show our respect, honour and obedience to Him in allegiance to being Princes and Princesses of His Kingdom. Can we then apply the principle of love, respect, trust and obedience = God's Peace in our relationships (Kingdom) here on earth?. Yes we can! And we will experience God's peace in our hearts and homes. #fixit #wearegreatbecauseheloveus #andsotheyloveus

Our Comforter

Heló Dear Readers, The Lord God Almighty is your comforter. Run to Him in times of your troubles, He is waiting to receive you with open arms and hear you pure out your burden to him. And then when you are comforted, remember to be a comforter to your fellow man. Someone out there needs to hear some encouraging words from you today, someone needs your shoulder to cry on today, someone needs you to spend time with them today. Someone needs you to listen... Just listen. Make that move, make that call or visit of comfort : it could save a life, a friendship or a marriage or a even greater, a soul. #fixit #FixItJesus #wearegreatbecauseheloveus #andsotheyloveus #propheciescometrue #yearofreturn

Too Busy because you are moving?

Buenas días a todos! These 5 stress-free moving tips for busy moms will save you a ton of time on moving day. The moving process is NO fun, let alone moving to a new state! There is so much to do, so much to plan for! These five tips stress-free tips for moving will help you streamline the moving process! Estimates, moving boxes packing + loading-trucks, and of course, getting your kiddos settled in! You may NOT have family members or friends for miles; so you’ll need these steps to be stress-free. My family and I made the long-distance move to Indiana almost three years ago and boy was it a transition; not only do you have to get used to a new home but there are new people and a whole lot of new places. Then you have the dreaded moving process that comes right along with the transition. As a mom, I wanted to ensure that the transition for my kiddos was as easy as possible, and at first, I thought it would prove to be an impossible feat….. but we are now settling in. Hoping that

Bonjour dear Readers! I am happy to announce the new change coming up soon. In the meantime, we launch our new logo🎁. Drum roll... #fixit #birthmonth #wearegreatbecauseheloveus #andsotheyloveus CFC TO THE WORLD 🎈🎉🎈🎉

It is the finale 💃!!!

Operation PUSH.         Day 28   (Last day). Congratulations! We would like to encourage you, you have been praying for 28 days in a roll. We'll done! On this final day, Trigger your thought...  In view of God's presence, peace, and power, how should we respond to attacks on our security and sense of stability especially on the body of Christ? 1) Stillness and Surrender In the midst of siege, the Lord through the psalmist wrote, "Be still, and know that I am God" (Psalm 46:10). When we are overwhelmed, unsure, and panicking, God's Word tells us to pause, shift our focus from our circumstances and ourselves, remember who He is, and trust Him with our lives. Jesus modeled this for us when He was taken prisoner in the garden of Gethsemane. While His disciples struck out at others and fled in fear, Jesus stood firm, remained calm, and surrendered Himself to God's plan (see John 18:4-11). 2) Repentance and Prayer I heard a historian say that no American president h

Trust the Future to God's Power

Operation PUSH         Day 27 Psalms 46:8‭-‬11 "Come, behold the works of the Lord , Who has brought desolations and wonders on the earth.  He makes wars to cease to the end of the earth; He breaks the bow into pieces and snaps the spear in two; He burns the chariots with fire.  “Be still and know (recognize, understand) that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations! I will be exalted in the earth.”  The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our stronghold [our refuge, our high tower]".  The future is in view in these verses: a time when wars will erupt and a period known as the great tribulation will overtake the earth. Jesus told His disciples, "And there will be signs…and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; men's hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken" (Luke 21:25-26).  Ultimately, all will culminate

Praise, Worship and Righteousness

Operation PUSH...         Day 24: When you give with a spirit of thanksgiving and praise it will surely lead you to give generously. Giving generously vs sparingly is not indicated by the amount. It is the portion of what you have. Your giving is a ministry to those you give to, pointing people toward God! How great is it to bring about prayers and praise among the lips of others! Coupled with FAITH: God will blow your mind! Bless you more than you can ever request or plan to possess. It's great to hear it and know this. But do you believe? How great is your faith? How strong is your connection to God? I ask you this. Because the closer you are to God, the more you know Him. And the more you know of His character and will-- the greater your expectation of such a great God! Then, He exceeds it. What great news! Now to Him who is able to carry out His purpose and do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams, accor

A Supernatural God of Supernatural People

Operation PUSH :   Day 21 We seem to be trapped in a religious haze nowadays. Much of the church holds God as an idea that they fit somewhere into their busy lives. He is a concept, an idea, or a theology/religion, but not an actual person from another realm who has become their fascination and the central theme of their whole lives. The reality is this: God is a supernatural God! When we were born again, we became supernatural people called to manifest the kingdom of God. I have decided to be radical, not a half-volume, half-hearted kind of born again. I go in strong, and I go in full force. It is with this personality that I am sharing the Gospel with you. I am radically set ablaze by the power of God. My life has taken a bold turn toward the call of God, and I find myself leaving everything that was familiar to step out into the unknown. You can be effectively led by Holy Spirit too. You can know and discern the will of God for your life. You can operate in tremendous miracles and a

The Joy of the Lord

Operation PUSH :     Day 20 " Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the Lord is your strength". (Nehemiah 8:10) Contrary to popular opinion, happiness is not the same as joy. I have often heard people say, “I just want to be happy!” The truth is that happiness is relative and circumstantial, whereas joy is something much deeper. In the above verse, the Word of God declares, “The joy of the Lord is your strength.” Paul admonishes the church in the book of Philippians, “Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice…And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:4, 7). In other words, rejoicing is a decision based on trusting that God will provide, as He always does. We have joy, not because of the circumstances around us, but because of God’s faithfulness. Y

No more Fear

Operation PUSH :   Day 19 " For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind". (2 Timothy 1:7) I remember being tormented by fear in the past: fear of loosing my home to strange women, fera of not being able to feed my kids, fear of disappointment, fear of losing a job or a business... the kingdom of darkness was very real. I discovered that one of Satan’s greatest weapons is fear. Why? Because he knows that you and I will not take authority over something we fear. What is fear? Simply put, fear is timidity or cowardice resulting from a wrong belief system. I also like to define fear as false evidence appearing true! We are told in 2 Timothy that God has not given us a spirit of fear. Wow! This tells us that fear is in fact a spirit, and this spirit does not come from God. God doesn’t want us to succumb to the lies of the evil one in the form of fear and ignorance. Fear comes in many forms. Many people are afraid of failure, others

The blood of the lamb

Buenas Días a todos,  Welcome to Day 18 of Operation PUSH!  "For as much as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you". (1 Peter 1:18–20) One of the most significant holy days in the Old Testament was Yom Kippur (Jewish name). I first heard this name from a TV series I watched recently: that actually inspired me to do this research) or the Day of Atonement. During this sacred time, the High Priest would take a scapegoat and lay his hands on it, symbolically transferring the sins of the entire nation of Israel onto the animal. Then the High Priest would banish the goat into the wilderness, representing the putting away of Israel’s sin before God. After that, a spotless lamb would b

Mind Renewal

Buenas Días a todos,  Welcome to Operation PUSH,   Day 17.  "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." (Romans 12:1–2). The first bit of the first line of this verse reminds me of a day back in my boarding High school. When it's lights out, we are supposed to sleep, that means no conversation between friends. On this night, some seniors have decided to just have the loudest of conversation ever. So our house prefect then, decided to come out and caution these seniors, she started her caution with, "I beseech you with the mercies of God..." Well the rest of the conversation didn't go too well. Lol Our mind is one of the most important components of our Christian experienc

Hearing the Holy Spirit

Buenas Días a todos,  Welcome to Day 16 of operation PUSH! As the Holy Ghost saith, Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness: when your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years. Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do always err in their heart; and they have not known my ways. (Hebrews 3:7–10) Just some few days ago, I met the most important person on earth. Our encounter has changed my life forever. This person was unlike anybody I had ever met before. Words cannot describe the way I felt and the exhilarating rush that went through my entire being when I was in this person’s presence; this person was gentle, kind, patient, and infinitely wise. You are probably thinking that I am talking about my husband, but you would be wrong. I am speaking of none other than the Holy Spirit. He is the most important Person on earth. Unfortunately, He is also one of the most ne

Open your eyes 👀.

Bonjour dear warriors,  Welcome to OPERATION PUSH,   DAY 15.  "And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them. And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight." One of my childrens favorite games is hide-and-go-seek. I’m sure you all played it too—or at least some variation of it sometime ago. The game involves closing your eyes and counting to a certain number while your friends run and hide. Once you finish counting, you are supposed to shout, “Ready or not, here I come!” and start looking. If your friends are really, really good, they can hide from you in plain sight! But when they crawl out from under the couch or slip out of a closet to dash toward base, your eyes are opened—and you know exactly where they are.  Well, that’s a little like what the disciples experienced when Jesus opened their eyes to see Him for who He really was according to Luke 24. Prior to this experience,

Prayer for a Ferocious Lifestyle

Dear Prayer warriors, Welcome to Operation PUSH, Day 14.   We would like to thank you all for your genuine concern for us whenever we go silent. Your questions and messages tell us we mean more than just some random writers to you. We really appreciate your check up and follow up on us. Whenever this blog or couple for Christ (CFC) goes silent, its in fact a moment of reflection, repetition and empowerment. I encourage all our readers, prayer partners and faithful followers to not only wait on us to post but to revisit what has been posted in previous times and reflect on them. As teachers, we know repetition is not a bad idea at all when the aim is for imprinting for long term. Disclaimer alert: We do not repeat our posts. We rather encourage you revisiting old posts. Today we are continuing in prayer...  Psalms 51:9‭-‬14 Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a right and steadfast spirit within me.  Do not cast me away from Your presence And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me

Think like a warrior

Dear Prayer warriors, Welcome to Day 13 of Operation PUSH.  We need a radical change of mind set. May God help us all. Feel free to modify to suit you...  Father God, I pray You help me to change my mind if my thoughts are not aligned with Your will and Your way for my life. I pray that You strengthen me to be greater than I was the day before. Lord, help me to apply my mind to things that will benefit me. Help me to surrender and sacrifice every thought that makes me feel unworthy of the purpose You have for my life. God, help me with my observation of others and my observation of myself. I come against any seeds of thoughts that have been planted in my life by the enemy. I submit my thoughts to You. I give You full authority over my mind. I ask, God, that You teach me to know when it is time to strengthen my spirit and when it is time to rest in knowing that You have it all under control. I pray, God, that You show me how to be open but also teach me how to guard my heart. Help me no

Prayer to Ignite Deliverance, Discipline, Dedication, and Drive

Dear readers, Welcome to Day 11 of Operation PUSH.  Continue to pray with me... Feel free to recite or even modify these phrases to suit your comfortability: but the most important is we are praying to be dilivered in Jesus name. Let's pray... Father God, help me to seek You for deliverance. Don’t let pride keep me from getting free from everything that holds me back from the life You called and created me to live. Let me develop the discipline to maintain that deliverance, and give me dedication and drive to become ferocious in prayer and in life. Lord, remove all pride, anger, bitterness, depression, and anything else that keeps me stagnant. Reveal methods and strategies that will help me grow stronger and more ferocious in my faith. I will trust in You, Lord, and as I delight myself in You. You will give me the desires of my heart. I submit my way to You, and You bring forth my righteousness. Lord, help me to hope in You when I face fierce battles in life and things don’t seem t

Prayer for Victory in Your Circumstances

Buenas Días,  Welcome to Operation PUSH, Day 10. We are Victor's in everything we do. Today we are praying for success and victory.  God, He holds all power and victory in His hand. He has been the fighter of our battles. Let's continue to pray for Victory in our circumstances. Recite this prayer with me.  For the past three days, I have been sharing personal prayers that I have jotted down. Hope it helps you too. God, I confess that I have been inattentive to Your voice and have pursued my own will instead of Your will for my life. God, I confess that I have hurt people in my own hurt. I thank You for forgiving me and for making my crooked paths straight. God, I thank You that Your blood covers a multitude of my sins. I pray, God, that You work things out according to the will You have already spoken. I give You custody of my life. God, I know that You are my peace, so I ask that You bring me peace. I pray that You increase my faith that I may be protected from the attacks of

Prayer for Hurting Hearts

Dear Readers,  Welcome to Day 9 of Operation PUSH.  Today, we are praying for all hurting Hearts Once again, recite the following words as you wish or will...  Lord God, I thank You for being my Healer. I ask that You heal my heart. I confess, God, that I have not always loved You or Your people the way I should. I confess that I have been selfish. I confess that sometimes I have played the victim when You have called me victorious. So I thank You for not keeping a record of my wrongs and for forgiving me and cleaning me up when I make mistakes. I pray, God, that You wash me clean of every hurt and pain that has caused me to rest in depression. I ask, O God, that You strengthen me. I ask, O God, that You would stir up the gifts inside me that I may be successful in the spaces You have appointed me to be successful in. I ask You to bring meaning to every mess in my life and reveal Your glory in me. God, place a hedge of protection around me. Thank You, God, for being my way maker and my

Prayer for Ferocious Faith

Bonjour Warriors, Welcome to Operation PUSH.... Day 8.  Let's us pray... Read this as you will...  Father God, I confess that I have had doubt and unbelief in my heart. I confess that I have been comfortable in sin when I should have been thirsting for You. I pray, O God, that You would help me to consider what I say to others and what I allow others to say to me. I ask You to keep Your voice clear in my head and to keep me focused on the things making me fruitful and not filthy. God, I ask that You increase and elevate my prayer life that I may walk boldly in who You have called me to be. I ask that You help me to see myself through Your eyes and to want You as much as You want me. God, I ask that You teach me Your ways and let me not depart from them. I will not lose because I know You are with me. Train and guide me, God. Strip me of all unrighteous motives and lead me where Your grace is for my life. I decree and declare that You died on the cross that I may be made new in You.

We are wrestling...

Bonjour! Welcome to Day 7 of Operation PUSH. We underline today's prayer from Ephesians 6:12. We have been warned before long that we are actually in a war. Our Lord God and master Jesus knows we are in a war and warns us to Watch and Pray. The word says for we wrestle not against flesh, but against principalities. Hm! Now let us note that principalities come in so many forms: physical and spiritual. In the next seven days, we are Praising God, in Faith and waging war against principalities. In fact we are winning the battle over principalities. Let us begin with the principality called, "HURT AND BETRAYAL". Many of us Christians feel being taken for granted because we "must forgive ". Some people we loved really hurt us so bad it has had a toll on our faith in God and even our ability to trust fellow humans. Carrying this baggage of unforgiveness is not healthy for our relationship with God. The devil feeds on every little chance he has to destroy us. The word

Have Faith, And Praise your way through that obstacle!

Buenas días,  Welcome to Day 6 of Operation PUSH.  We base on James 1:6-8 for our prayer today. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though its waters roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with its swelling. When Psalm 46 was written, Israel's circumstances were not unlike ours. They had been suddenly attacked: the Assyrian army had come from the north, burned fields to the ground, and surrounded Jerusalem. It was a time of national catastrophe. Yet the psalmist wrote, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear".  As used in this psalm, the word trouble means tight places—those circumstances in which we feel surrounded, trapped, and helpless. In those tight places, God is our refuge. Sometimes He becomes a shield to protect us from trouble, calming the storm for H

The enemy is allergic to Praise

Bonjour mes amis,  Today, we are on Day 5 of Operation PUSH! We are still praising our way through to our breakthroughs from 1 Chronicles 16:4 and Psalms 150:6.  Do you know the enemy cannot stand praise and worship? He hates a joyful believer, and if we persist in praising God instead of complaining about our problems, it drives the enemy mad, and he gets very confused. If only we could glimpse what happens in the kingdom of darkness, I think we would praise more and complain less. But if we look at the natural realm we can understand what praise does to the enemy. Have you ever hurt someone to the core? I mean that hurt should have taken a lifetime to get over, but during the time of anger and pain, the person seems to rise above it, they seem to dress better, they seem to get more attention than before and suddenly, you get upset, jealous, and even confused. Well multiply that feeling a million times over, and that is how the enemy gets when despite all you have been through you can

Happy Fathers day

Operation PUSH Day 4. The father's love. Psalm 103:13 I know most of us are celebrating our fathers today. Some of us are also reminiscing bad memories about our fathers. A father is the Head of the home, his effect is felt deeply in the whole family. If the family does well or crambles, the Father is mostly to blame. He is the priest of the home, he provides for the family. He protects the family physically and spiritually. As the priest of the home, he intercedes and lead all activities be it spiritual and physical. As children, we depend on our fathers to be present at home to help nurture us. The kind of love and respect we give them is different from that we have for our mothers. We feel secured about asking our fathers to provide for us because we envisage that they have and it's their responsibilities. Now the utmost Father of us all, once we receive Christ is Our Lord God Almighty. He says in His word, "And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and dau

Your Promise fuels your Praise

Bonjour!  Welcome to Operation PUSH  Day 3.  We are basing today's prayer session on 2 Chronicles 29:30  A promise from God is as good as it gets, there is no shortfall, no changing His mind; God is just looking for someone who will take Him at His word and praise their way through because God will bring you out of your trouble and He will lead you into all His goodness. The Apostle Paul encourages us to fight the good fight of faith because the enemy is always lurking in the background of our thoughts trying to sow seeds of doubt about God’s promises. I know when the situation seems bigger than us it is very difficult to stay in faith, but, this is reason God gives us a promise – the promise fuels our faith and leads us to praise. The Bible teaches us that God inhabits the praises of his people (Psalm 22:3). God is with us all the time in the person of the Holy Spirit, but when we praise God based on his goodness, faithfulness, and love for us, we experience a manifested presence

Get your Praise on...

Buenas días mis amigos,  Welcome to Day 2 of Operation PUSH.  Our prayer session today is based on Acts 16:25 God's promises are true. He never disappoints on his promises. Disappointments come when we assume God should fulfill his promises to us on our timetable, and when it doesn't happen the way and time we want it to, that breeds hopelessness. One of the most heart-breaking situations in life is to have someone promise you something and then never follow through. But God will always bring to pass what he has promised. In the Bible there are promises for every obstacle and situation you may face in your life, the Apostle Paul tells us, "For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through him, the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God." (2 Corinthians 1:20 NIV). A promise from God gives us hope to carry on even when the answer is delayed, or the enemy seems to make headway in destroying our lives.  One of m

You have a weapon

Bonjour a touts,  Welcome to Day 1 of OPERATION PUSH  We are basing our prayer session today on Psalms 138:2 Every day in life we face challenges: be it in our homes, the job, in our relationships, health or finances. Every one of us is subject to battles, but the way we deal with our challenges will make the difference in the outcome. I find it very difficult to stay focused on God when my body and heart is in pain, or when my kids are not doing well, or even when my finances are running low. Perhaps you can identify with the struggle because we all know the struggle is real. Unfortunately, believers often get caught in the trap of the enemy by choosing the wrong point of focus which is the size of the problem. I have heard it said time and time again, "the battle is won or lost in the mind" and this to be very true because the apostle Paul admonishes us to renew our minds daily (Romans 12:2 NIV). Our thought of life is so precious and important, and if we do not renew the m
